Homemade Humming Bird Nectar

1 part sugar / 4 parts water

Boil water first, then add sugar.
Stir until dissolved and remove from heat.
Let cool before filling feeders,
and store the remainder in the refrigerator.
Do not add food coloring, honey or artificial sweetener.
